Did Martin Luther King Jr. Move Thousands of People With Juju?
The great Martin Luther King changed the world with the power of words… AND WORDS ALONE.
His belief. The way he spawned leaders in people like Rosa Parks was nothing short of extraordinary.
In fact, black people in America were ready to do ANYTHING,
GO ANYWHERE, And FIGHT ANYONE… For the cause that this one man piloted.
I’ll show you just one instance.
After Rosa Parks was arrested for refusing to move for white folks in the bus… like she was some piece of useless second-class crap, his speech piloted the Montgomery Bus Boycott. And after he spoke to 5,000 people because Rosa was arrested, EVERY… read that again… EVERY BLACK PERSON DECIDED… TO WALK EVERYWHERE THEY WENT!

The last paragraph is my main concern. He ended his address with…
“And I won’t rest; I will face intimidation, and everything else, along with these other stalwart fighters for democracy and for citizenship. We don’t mind it, so long as justice comes out of it. And I’ve come to see now that as we struggle for our rights, maybe some of them will have to die. But somebody said, if a man doesn’t have something that he’ll die for, he isn’t fit to live.”
My God!! Reading it sent shivers down my spine!
What form of persuasiveness did this man possess?
The power of this one speech was so intense that one old woman, when offered countless times to enter a bus, said… allow me to paraphrase…
“I am fine. I will not enter the bus, because this is what must be done to gain our freedom. Do not be sad for me. I am not walking for myself. I am walking for my children and grandchildren, so that the future they live in will be better than mine.”
… “so that the future they live in will be better than mine.”
That must be the reason he was so persuasive.
You see, my friend, The Great Martin, like every other great leader knew that to move people to be more than they accept, He only had to make them see and BELIEVE in a future better than the present.
And that is what you must also do.
You must inspire them to be more than they are till they forget that you are selling a product.
And when you say, this is the way, they whip out their money and PAY INSTANTLY.

My God!!
That was… It was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard!!

This was a man with a petty beginning, And a really pitiful start in life.
His father was not President, nor was anyone related to him extremely powerful.
He was a nobody. But he managed to create one of the most historical uprisings ever recorded, because he knew…
the power of words… when said right, could move mountains. Use that singular lesson from him to your advantage. Drop everything else.

Honestly, I have read so much copy from literally every niche. And while most of them are superb, a disturbing amount miss the ESSENTIAL INGREDIENTS TO CLOSING THE SALE.
These ingredients are answers to the two dealmakers your prospect has…

At this point, I’ll quote something I heard off my Friend, Bill Stinnett’s video. He’s the VP of Sales Excellence, and a very thorough Salesperson I learn from.

“When the prospect sees no major consequence for doing nothing, then NOTHING IS VERY OFTEN WHAT THEY’LL DO”.
Simple.
Until you can paint the picture of a deeply desired future, and give them a reason to start now…
(without giving free bribes)…
Then, they will just stare you in the face, watch you raze fire and brimstone, yawn, and just calmly walk away…
Like nothing just happened.
I’ll say it again… This is the deal maker and breaker.
Hit this right EVERY TIME… And even if you make a mess of the other two,
EVERY SINGLE PERSON YOU TALK TO WILL JOIN YOU.
And that’s guaranteed!
Get it wrong, and the only people who’d buy are those who would see you 19,547 times, and just decide to pity you.
So that’s it.
